RCMA has reserved a limited number of rooms at $89 plus applicable taxes of 12% and a resort fee of $10.  The fee includes internet access for all public areas and sleeping rooms, valet, access to all resort parking, pool, faxes and business center access.  Room reservations MUST be made before June 5, 2009 through the RCMA Headquarters Office.

To reserve a room email jhardy@kellencompany.com with the following information:

  • Name to hold reservation under
  • Arrival Date
  • Departure Date

RCMA staff will provide you with your confirmation number.  You will be required to show a valid license and credit card at the time of check-in to transfer the reservation from the RCMA Master Account to your personal/business charge card. 

Any changes that need to be made to your reservation must be made by June 5, and may be made directly with the hotel with your confirmation number.  After this date, cancellations/changes must be done 72 hours prior to arrival to the hotel to eliminate penalty.

NOTE:  If you are a no-show and RCMA is billed for your room.  RCMA will assess the room fees plus a $150 administration fee for the collection of your hotel charges.  RCMA will not accept any responsibility for any room or incidental charges incurred during the meeting for hotel guests. 

RCMA makes no guarantees on availability of any specific rooms or rates.

Airport

Reno/Tahoe International Airport is the closest airport to the hotel.

Shuttle Service

The Peppermill features an easy and convenient airport shuttle which departs from the valet area outside the Hotel Lobby, and runs every half-hour beginning at 4 am.  The last shuttle departs from the Peppermill going to the airport at 11:30 pm.

In addition, the airport shuttle departs from the airport going to the Peppermill every half-hour beginning at 4:15 am, and continuing to 11:45 pm.  This shuttle picks-up at the North exit of the Baggage Claim area.

Driving Directions

From Reno/Tahoe International Airport: 

  1. Slight right at E. Plumb Ln (signs for US-395S/Carson City/Lake Tahoe/Plumb Ln.) 1.4 mile

  2. Turn left at S. Virginia St 0.5 miles
