The following information will be helpful in your planning for the upcoming RCMA 2009 Spring Meetings.

As approved by the Board of Directors at the 2009 Annual Conference & Exposition in Dana Point, California, the RCMA will not hold its typical Spring Meeting for 1.5 days in April.  RCMA will instead meet in conjunction with the Western State Roofing Expo in Reno, Nevada to help reduce the travel and expense for member companies.

The RCMA 2009 Spring Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2009 from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a revised format that will look at key industry updates, programs, committee goals and organizational structure for better efficiency in the future.

Because of the change in format and venues – it is very important that you carefully read the details of the meeting as it varies from our normal format, for example all hotel reservations need to be made through the RCMA Headquarters Office (please see Hotel/Travel Info for further details).
