To Register

Please go to the Online Registration Form, or print and fax the Off-line Registration Form by June 10, 2009 with a credit card payment of $175.00 [all RCMA member attendees].

IMPORTANT:If you are mailing your registration form with a check please note as of May 1, 2009, RCMA’s new mailing address is as follows:

It is imperative that we receive your registration form so that we will know the correct number of attendees for each function and can prepare a badge with the proper name and company information for you. As previously mentioned, a $175.00 meeting registration fee is required of all attendees.

Sponsorships

Sponsorships are available at the following levels:

• Platinum ($1,000) Evening Reception
• Gold ($750) Lunch Sponsor
• Silver ($500) General Sponsor
• Bronze ($350) Breakfast Sponsor
• Aluminum ($250)  AV Sponsor

To sponsors at one of the above levels above please complete the sponsorship form (pdf) and submit to the RCMA office by no later than June 12, 2009—in order to receive appropriate recognition.  Payment must be received with your sponsorship form!

Please note your registration to the RCMA 2009 Spring Meeting does not grant you access to the other events occurring in conjunction with the meeting.  The following meetings are occurring in prior to the RCMA Meeting:
